The Good Samaritan Demon

evil cat demonEarly this morning, around 5 a.m. I was awoken by the strangest sound.

An almost inhuman voice was calling out, “Hello! Hello! Hello!”

At first I thought it might be a child. Then possibly an old lady. Then, after I’d woken up enough, I realized it was the call of a cat.

But that was so eerie because it really sounded like, “Hello! Hello! Hello!”

That went on, off and on, for a few hours. I could hear the cat calling while it strolled up and down the alley behind my apartment.

It really creeped me out.

What if that wasn’t a cat? What if it was a demon that lured Good Samaritans to their doom?

At some point, I had to get up to go to the bathroom. I did so as quietly as I could so that the creature wouldn’t know I could hear it.

Isn’t that silly?
